At Hindsight Community Tavern In North Center, Cocktails And Table Games On The Menu

NORTH CENTER — Hindsight Community Tavern, a place for patrons to catch up over CBD cocktails and three-dimensional tic-tac-toe, is opening Wednesday in North Center. Located in the old Prost Florist shop at 2020 W. Irving Park Road, Hindsight will specialize in low-tech table games like chess, Connect Four, Mancala and puzzles. The tavern will offer beers, wines, classic cocktails, mocktails and CBD-infused drinks. The tavern will also sell cup ramen and other light snacks. We wanted to have something for everyone, Hindsight s owner Ryan Reynolds said. Our goal is to be as inclusive as possible. Hindsight s opening cocktail menu includes the Wizard s Highball, made with absinthe, saffron and grapefruit, and an affogato martini, an espresso vodka martini topped with a scoop of ice cream.
